We have lived in Marblehead since 1978, and bought Oceanwatch in 1995 after renovating and restoring several houses in Marblehead.  The property had been used as a rooming house and had been neglected for many years, as the owners lived elsewhere.  The meticulous restoration of house and grounds was truly a labor of love, and we take  great pleasure in sharing this historic delight with our guests.
