Policies

• We can accept children under certain circumstances; prior arrangement is necessary.
  
  
• Check-in time is 3:00 pm; please call if you will arrive later than 6:00 pm. Check-out is 11:00 am.
  
  
• Minimum two night stay on weekends for advanced reservations during the season and on holidays.
  
  
• A deposit of two nights is required for all weekends and reservations of one week or longer; otherwise one night is sufficient.
  
  
• For cancellations or early check-out, guest is responsible for entire period booked unless notice is given at least 14 days in advance of check-in date.
  
  
• Please no smoking or pets.
