Welcome to Oceanwatch
Bed and Breakfast
Magnificently situated in Marblehead's historic old town and overlooking the entrance to its picturesque harbor, this Victorian-era home has been fully restored to offer the very best in bed-and-breakfast accommodations: superb water views with private baths, TV, wireless internet, and king-sized beds. Common amenities include a sitting area with fireplace, kitchen, and roof deck with dazzling ocean and harbor views.
From the spectacular sunrises and sunsets, from winter storms to summer yacht races and the year-round comings and goings of the lobster boat fleet, there is always something happening to remind you that you are in a very special place; and the quaint shops, wonderful restaurants and historic sites of Marblehead are all within a few minutes' walk.
Have Breakfast on the Roof Deck
You will enjoy a continental breakfast of fresh croissants from our local bakery, muffins, cereal, juices and fruit, with tea and fresh-ground coffee; during the good weather, most guests choose to enjoy breakfast at the individual tables on the roof deck, which affords breathtaking views to Gloucester and Cape Ann.
What Our Guests Say
Oceanwatch received its first guests on October 11, 1996. From the beginning the reaction has been overwhelming: one German visitor wrote that Oceanwatch is the "best place of the world".
